For All Time
Something just clicked this morning. I had an AWESOME session. Hit a kettlebell/jump rope warm up, #shakira hip mobility work, then worked up to a 225x3 overhead press (a little leg drive). That’s an all time PR. AMPED. Followed that with 30 dips, 30 pull ups, and 30 toes to bar. #hviii

Hit a quick #WOD this afternoon. Warm up was 1000m row and #shakira hip mobility. Then I found a 4+ minute song, during the verses I did kettlebell snatches and during the chorus I hit planks. Just a neat little twist on a #Tabata session. #cardiobunny

Took 525 for a ride this morning. Could have used another inch of depth.  I’ve been dieting, feel weak, and tons of conditioning and wods this week. So I’m happy with this.
