Early morning @powerathletehq #fieldstrong session! Only 40 squats over 300lbs! The #WOD was BRUTAL! Loving this programming by @johnwelbourn!
Day one of our @powerathletehq training cycle. We killed it. Nailed a 275 front squat, a 175x5 strict kneeling OHP, then a great WOD totaling almost 100 reps of 100lb sandbag zercher squats. @johnwelbourn said he was going to “stress the machine”, and he succeeded. Looking forward to Day 2.
