Good morning! It’s #PumpDay simple bitches! Mobility and conditioning double session planned for this beautiful day. Another day on the #MVFWdiet. Time to bring the #HVIII.
Quick blast tonight in the summer sun! Quick bench session this morning… 275x2x5 and other crap.
5 rounds for time. 5 seated box jumps (24”), jump as high as possible. 5 KB bottoms up snatch, (1pd) each arm. 20 rope slams/waves. This was fun as hell.
Training alone comes with it’s own set of hurdles. I just have to keep smashing. Missing the old powerlifting crews and training partners I’ve trained with in the past. The intensity is unmatched. O, well. Another day, another fucking dollar.
PM conditioning… I’m loving the sand bag runs. 5 rounds — 10 heavy sledge slams + 40 yard (20/20) sand bag run. Ended with 100 single under speed rope. #blapblap
Speedy twerkin… This morning started out with a moderate 5 minute row, hit 75 calories @ ~1200m. Mobility provided by @mattsoawesome’s #Shakira mobility program, then I worked into my speed skwatz. 345x3 for 8 sets. Done in just over 8 minutes. 2x5 front squats, 3x8 goblet squats, 3x10 GHR and 3x 40 yd sand bag trots. Yeeeehaw!

BOOM! Hit a 185x10 overhead press this morning, followed by 10x5 dips and 5x10 chins, and 1x30 sit ups. Basic training ideas that are paying off big.
